Simon will lead and grow the EMEA / UK rating agency team, which provides clients
with top quality advice on all aspects of rating agencies, including rating agency
presentations, capital markets and capital relief.

Marc Beckers, head of Aon Re Services for EMEA / UK, comments: "A critical part of

Simon will join Aon Re Services in October from KPMG, where he is a principal
adviser, providing rating advisory services to insurers and reinsurers in the UK,
Europe and Bermuda. Prior to this he was a rating analyst at A.M. Best Europe, where
he led one of the analytical teams.

Simon began his career as a non-marine reinsurance broker, broking to syndicates and
companies at Lloyd's of London and the London market.

He has an honours degree in economics and statistics.
